一、个人简介
男，汉族，1972.12月出生于江苏南京，籍贯江苏江阴，工学博士，教授。
中国通信学会通信线路专委会委员，中国通信学会高级会员，电气电子工程师协会（IEEE）会员，美国光学学会（OSA）会员。
二、研究方向及主要成果
目前研究方向包括：
[1] 新一代光网络。主要研究包括智能光网络（ION）、自动交换光网络（ASON）、光传送网（OTN）、分组传送网（PTN）、弹性光网络（EON）和软件定义光网络（SDON）等先进光网络，对其中的信令、路由、保护和管理等较为关注，近年来在光网络的生存性、动态波长路由分配算法、波长频谱资源分配、能量高效机制等方面取得了一系列成果。
[2] 宽带接入网络。主要研究包括无源光网络（PON）、混合光纤无线接入网络（HWO）及其他接入技术。对于无源光网络的动态带宽分配（DBA）算法、级联无源光网络的保护、HWO网络的系统架构、绿色PON休眠机制、WDM-TDM混合PON及XG PON等下一代接入网技术等有较深入的研究。
[3] 光通信新技术。包括先进光调制技术和可见光通信（VLC）等，对基于VLC的智能交通系统（ITS）架构及其应用等有深入全面的研究。
主要成果简介：
国内外核心期刊和学术会议上发表论文60余篇，其中SCI/EI检索10余篇，申请发明专利20余项，授权发明专利5项，实用新型专利1项；出版教材4部。
